Normal Hours
Our normal hours of work are 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
$120 per hour for Labour.
$60 Service Fee (includes vehicle costs, administration and sundries).
We have a minimum charge out of 1 hour (plus our service fee). Following this, the labour is charged in 15-minute increments. Please note, our service fee does not include labour time for travel to the job site.
We have an additional travel charge of $35 for second and subsequent visits for the same job.
After Hours/Emergency Plumbing
Our after hours of work are after 5:00pm – 12:00am and weekends.
$170 Service fee and $95 per half hour. A minimum charge of half an hour applies.
After hours work is usually to isolate the problem, limit damage and possibly turn the water back on.
Public Holidays/ Emergency Plumbing
$250 Service Fee and $95 per half hour.
A minimum charge of half an hour applies.
Working on public holidays is also usually to isolate the problem, limit damage and
possibly turn the water back on.
Quotes
We only provide quotations for larger scale jobs. Smaller jobs are done on an hourly
charge basis.
Materials
You will be charged for any materials used for your job, plus any applicable delivery fees. Most standard items are stocked in our vehicles. If we are required to source parts specific to your job, you will be charged for the time taken to source these items.
Equipment
Loan pump hire – $40 (up to 7 days).
If your pump has stopped working and can’t be fixed on site, we can get you back up and running while it’s getting repaired.
Rubbish removal fee
$30.
This is rubbish that we can not either recycle or scrap.
